How-To
As with anything new, it may take some time to adjust (I don’t like change either!). I’ve included some tips below!
If you run into ANY problems, or have any questions, reach out!

SHAKE IT, BABY!
Shake you products every time you use them! They are made with natural ingredients. Just like natural peanut butter, ingredients may separate a little between uses.

HAIR WE GO!
Shampoo (let it sit 1-2 mins), Rinse - Don’t expect a lather!
Shampoo (let it sit 1-2 mins), Rinse -You should get a good lather!
If you don’t, wash until you do!
Masque (if applicable) let it sit 3-5 mins, Rinse
Conditioner (let it sit 2-3 mins), Rinse well

SIZE MATTERS
Use a very small amount of shampoo. A quarter size MAX! If you’re finding you need more lather - add water to your hair! The formulation is made with less than half the water of other products so you need to ensure your hair is very wet!
Experiment with post-wash products like leave-in creams, etc. Each individual’s hair will need a different amount!
THE HOW-TO
Rub your hands together to emulsify the shampoo before shampooing. This activates all the ingredients! Do not add water to the shampoo - add it to your hair!
Make sure you shampoo twice! Once for your scalp, and the second to let your hair really absorb all the nutrients! Let the shampoo sit 1-2 mins with each shampoo.
If you’re not getting a good lather, you’re not getting the best possible clean! Add more water!

Still not a good lather (like this pic)? Wash again. Sometimes we have so much build-up that our hair needs a few washes to get through it all and actually penetrate the scalp!
If you’re using a masque, use it following your second shampoo, and before your conditioner.
Your masque nourishes while the conditioner seals!
Masques and conditioners should only be applied mid-shaft down!

STOP!
Any product high in protein (Rejuvabeads, Damage Repair system) should be used only once per week, max.

I'LL BE THERE FOR YOU!
It can be a little bit of a learning curve.

Learning how much product your hair needs, how much water, etc. it took me a handful of washes to feel confident in it - just like anything new!

I am your 1:1 support, so make sure you reach out. Almost always it is a missing step and it's an easy fix!

PRODUCT LAYERING
See the documents linked below for the appropriate way to layer your products for both hair and skin! The order in which you use the products does matter!
